A Slight Risk of Severe Thunderstorms is Forecast Today and/or Tonight
A risk for damaging winds is expected through this evening across parts of the Northeast and the Cumberland Plateau. Strong wind gusts producing localized damaging winds are also anticipated from New England southwestward to the Deep South. Isolated severe hail may occur over parts of Kansas and northern Oklahoma tonight.
