Synoptic Overview
This form is used to describe the large scale synoptic pattern and flow regime affecting the IHOP Domain during the Day 1 Forecast Period (17-01Z).

Day 1 Convective Initiation Forecast
This form is to be issued to enter a text discussion regarding the potential for surface based convection initiation in the vicinity of surface boundaries in the IHOP Domain during the Day 1 Forecast Period (17-01Z).

Day 1 MCS Forecast
This form is to be issued to enter a text discussion regarding the potential for MCS activity and forecast of LLJ in the IHOP domain during the latter part of Day 1 (00-12Z).

Day 2 Convective Initiation Forecast
This form is to be issued to enter a text discussion regarding the potential for surface based convection initiation in the vicinity of surface boundaries in the IHOP Domain during the Day 2 Forecast Period (18-00Z).

Verification of Previous Day Model and IHOP Forecasts
This form is used to enter subjective verification information on the previous day's IHOP convection initiation forecast as well as model performance related to specific parameters in forecasting of convection initiation.

Supplemental Spring Program Evaluation Forms
This form is used to enter subjective verification information for ANY day's IHOP convection initiation forecast as well as model performance related to specific parameters in forecasting of convection initiation.  This form is primarialry used when multiple verification forms are necessary on a given day.
