   CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 4...

   THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 4 CONTINUES.

   SUMMARY...ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND THE RISK FOR A TORNADO
   WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP EAST-NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS NORTHERN FL/FAR
   SOUTHERN GA THROUGH LATE EVENING/EARLY IN THE OVERNIGHT. TORNADO
   WATCH 4 CONTINUES...WITH NO ADDITIONAL WATCH ISSUANCES EXPECTED.

   DISCUSSION...A RELATIVELY WELL-ORGANIZED SQUALL LINE CONTINUES TO
   QUICKLY PROGRESS EAST-NORTHEASTWARD LATE THIS EVENING ACROSS FAR
   SOUTH-CENTRAL/SOUTHEAST GA AND NORTHERN FL. THE NORTHERN PORTION OF
   THE SQUALL LINE ACROSS SOUTHEAST GA/NORTHEAST FL WILL TEND TO
   OUTPACE THE MAIN RESERVOIR OF NEAR-SURFACE ROOTED BUOYANCY OVER THE
   NEXT HOUR OR TWO...WHILE THE STRONGEST UPDRAFTS WILL TEND TO
   CONTINUE TO MOVE INLAND ACROSS NORTH FL VIA THE NORTHEAST GULF OF
   MEXICO. WITHIN AN INTENSE VERTICAL SHEAR ENVIRONMENT WITH 70+ KT
   WINDS WITHIN THE LOWEST 1-2 KM AGL /REFERENCE REGIONAL WSR-88D VWP
   DATA/...ISOLATED DAMAGING WINDS AND PERHAPS A TORNADO WILL REMAIN A
   POSSIBILITY VIA THE SQUALL LINE AND ASSOCIATED SMALL-SCALE
   BOWS/EMBEDDED CIRCULATIONS.
