   TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 14
   NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
   645 PM EST THU FEB 20 2014

   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     CENTRAL AND SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA
     CENTRAL KENTUCKY
     SOUTHWEST OHIO

   * EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY NIGHT FROM 645 PM UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     SEVERAL TORNADOES POSSIBLE
     SEVERAL DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH LIKELY

   THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 70 STATUTE
   MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF MUNCIE
   INDIANA TO 25 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF BOWLING GREEN KENTUCKY.

   VLY SHORTWAVE TROUGH SUGGEST POTENTIAL FOR DMGG WINDS AND A
   CONDITIONAL RISK FOR TORNADOES GIVEN ANY LONGER-LIVED SEMI-DISCRETE
   STORMS OR LEWP CIRCULATIONS.

   AVIATION...TORNADOES AND A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL
   SURFACE AND ALOFT TO 1 INCH. EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE WIND
