   SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH NUMBER 375
   NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
   155 PM EDT TUE JUN 30 2015

   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     NORTHERN FLORIDA
     SOUTHEASTERN GEORGIA

   * EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 155 PM UNTIL
     900 PM EDT.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     SCATTERED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 1.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

   SUMMARY...A VERY MOIST AIRMASS IS IN PLACE ACROSS SE GA AND NRN FL
   EARLY THIS AFTERNOON WHICH IS CONTRIBUTING TO STRONG INSTABILITY. IN
   ADDITION...UNIDIRECTIONAL WIND PROFILES AND SUFFICIENT DEEP-LAYER
   SHEAR WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR STORM ORGANIZATION. AS CELLS CONTINUE TO
   MOVE INTO THE AREA FROM THE WEST...WIND DAMAGE AND HAIL WILL BE
   POSSIBLE.

   THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 80
   STATUTE MILES NORTH AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 55 MILES SOUTHWEST
   OF WAYCROSS GEORGIA TO 55 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WAYCROSS GEORGIA.

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

   REMEMBER...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE
   FAVORABLE FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH
   AREA. PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR
   THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS
   AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY
   DO PRODUCE TORNADOES.
